Care Instructions

Cotton is flammable - do not place the products near open flames, cooking fumes or anything that heats up
It is not recommended to submerge macrame products in water
Do not wash in the washing machine & do not dry in the dryer
Products that include wooden beads or dowels should be kept out of water, except for spot cleaning
For Coffee & Wine stains, run under cold water until the stain dissipates. If the stain remains, gently hand rub or use a soft cloth with mild soap to get the stain off
Do not use warm or hot water as this may cause shrinkage or distort the product
We may use adhesive on some products to keep the knots in place; only when necessary. If you use warm or hot water, this washes out the adhesive
To dry an item, hang it in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight. Products can also be dried on a clean, flat surface that won't get damaged by water
Be sure to dry the product completely as any moisture can cause mold-growth and make it smelly
Keep macrame products away from pets
Regularly check the product for any little critters, natural fibers attracts them
